Taksi Ko.co.uk (Taksi Ko) is the lowest fare and reliable RideShare service in the UK.
  1. Introduction

    These terms and conditions govern the use of our taxi services in the UK. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

  2. Service Provision

    • 2.1. We provide transportation services for individuals and groups as per the booking details.
    • 2.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is deemed to be acting in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.
    • 2.3. Our services are subject to vehicle availability and weather conditions.
  3. Bookings and Cancellations

    • 3.1. Bookings can be made via our mobile application, or by phone. 
    • 3.2. A booking is confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation message.
    • 3.3. If you cancel a trip 2 minutes or more after a driver has accepted your request, a cancellation fee may apply. 
    • 3.4. If a driver cancels the trip after waiting at your pickup location for a certain period, a cancellation fee may be charged. 
  4. Refund Policy

    • 4.1. Refunds will be processed for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
    • 4.2. If a passenger cancels a booking within 2 minutes of booking, a full refund will be issued.
    • 4.3. Refunds will not be issued for missed rides due to passenger delays or no-shows.
    • 4.4. In the event of a service failure on our part, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.
  5. Pricing and Payments

    • 5.1. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and type of service selected. 
    • 5.2. Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, or online payment methods. 
    • 5.3. Additional charges may apply for waiting times, tolls, or special requests. 
    • 5.4. Failure to pay may result in legal action.
  6. Passenger Responsibilities

    • 6.1. Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
    • 6.2. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. 
    • 6.3. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. 
  7. Driver Conduct

    • 7.1. Our drivers are licensed and trained to provide professional service.
    • 7.2. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are intoxicated, abusive, or pose a safety risk. 
    • 7.3. Drivers will adhere to all road safety regulations and follow the most efficient route. 
  8. Liability

    • 8.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
    • 8.2. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • 8.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the journey in question. 
  9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

    • 9.1. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the journey. 
    • 9.2. We will investigate and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. 
    • 9.3. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
  10. Data Protection

    • 10.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. 
    • 10.2. Customer information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. 
    • 10.3. All payment details are securely processed. 
  11. Amendments

    • 11.1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
    • 11.2. Customers will be notified of significant changes where possible. 
  12. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
